Electricity / Electricidad ⚡

- Electricity included only for stays under 3 weeks.
- For stays of 3 weeks or more, electricity is billed based on actual consumption (Edenorte).
- Photos of the meter are shared at check-in and check-out for transparency.

Electric stove use (child safety lock)
The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric stove with a child safety lock system 🔒.
To use the stove, it must be unlocked first.
How to unlock the stove:
- Find the lock/key icon 🔑 on the control panel.
- Press and hold the lock icon for a few seconds.
- Once unlocked, the stove will be ready to use 🍳.
👉 This is a safety feature, so if the stove does not turn on, it is likely still locked.
Uso de la estufa eléctrica (seguridad para niños)
La cocina cuenta con una estufa eléctrica de dos hornillas con sistema de bloqueo de seguridad para niños 🔒.
Para poder utilizarla, es necesario desbloquearla primero.
Cómo desbloquear la estufa:
- Localiza el ícono de la llave 🔑 en el panel de control.
- Mantén presionado el ícono de la llave durante unos segundos.
- Cuando el panel se desbloquee, la estufa estará lista para usarse normalmente 🍳.
👉 Este sistema es por seguridad, por lo que si la estufa no enciende, lo más probable es que esté bloqueada.
Hot Water / Agua Caliente 💧

- Heater switch → ON (5–10 min to heat).
- Shower handles → both down for hot water.
- Turn off the switch when not in use.
- Contact your host if you have any questions.
